Three ways to use a Trendwell report

A report is useful when its format fits the question. Sometimes you want to see the pattern at a glance. Sometimes you need a record to share. Sometimes you want another tool to compare the details.

Trendwell supports those different uses without changing who produced the original findings.

1. Read the report

Start in the app. Daily and Weekly reports bring the available measures together, with graphics and supporting text. Daily focuses on one current reporting window. Weekly adds context across days and recent periods.

Read the coverage as well as the result. A week with fewer recorded nights or different exercise sessions may not support the same comparison as a well-covered week. A longer report does not make missing data complete.

For a readable record over a selected range, Health Trends and Follow-Up Report provide PDF sharing. A PDF is useful for keeping the report’s presentation together; it is not the same as a structured data export.

2. Copy or share the text

In a Daily or Weekly report, the Export tab contains readable text. Copy transfers the report’s heading and body to the clipboard. The share button sends that text to a destination you choose.

This is the simplest route to a note, a document or a question in another application. You can give an external AI service copied text and ask it to explain a term or compare two supplied reports. You do not need JSON for every question.

The copied text is still a Trendwell report. Any explanation added by the receiving service is a separate output.

3. Save structured results

For repeated comparisons or tools that work with named fields, use Daily Agent Export or Weekly Agent Export in Apple Shortcuts. These actions generate JSON files containing findings, supporting evidence, periods and data-quality information.

Add Save File after the Trendwell action and connect it to the returned file. Saving creates a file in your chosen destination; attaching that file to another service is a further step.

These actions generate the current combined analysis. They do not convert whichever old report is open, and the JSON does not contain the full report prose. Its value is the structure that helps a receiving tool keep values, dates and limitations together.

Choose the least complicated format that answers the question

Use the app to read. Use text or PDF to keep a readable record. Use JSON when explicit fields and repeatable comparisons are useful.

Whichever format you choose, Trendwell’s reports remain descriptions of the available data. An external model can make mistakes, misread a period or turn a possible explanation into a confident claim. Check its answer against the source.

Full copying, sharing and export require active Trendwell access. Review sensitive information before sending it elsewhere: on-device report generation does not control how another service handles a shared copy.
