Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At Klarhet Studio, we build focused apps with privacy at the centre. This policy explains how we handle data for LocalBrief, Trendwell, Home Air Intelligence, GPX Track Navigator and Winnable Klondike Solitaire.

2. Data Processing

Trendwell: Trendwell reads available Apple Health data and generates reports and exports on your device. Health data used for report generation is not sent to Klarhet Studio for processing. The app may retain generated reports and export state locally. If you choose to copy, share or save an output to another app, cloud folder or AI service, that destination receives the information you choose to send and handles it under its own terms. These actions are separate from Trendwell’s on-device report generation.

LocalBrief: Your location profiles and language settings are stored on your device. To generate a brief, your chosen location — as place names, not precise coordinates — and your language settings are sent to the Klarhet backend, which uses third-party AI services to translate and organise local sources into your briefing. To deliver your scheduled morning briefing, the backend also stores your briefing schedule, the place names it covers, your device's notification token, and a subscription identifier, together with the briefings it prepares. We keep this only while your scheduled briefings are active, we never sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time (see Your Rights).

Home Air Intelligence: Your HomeKit sensor readings, room configuration and recommendations are processed on your device. Klarhet Studio does not receive them. If you enable house-configuration sync, that configuration is stored in your private iCloud database. The app uses Apple Weather for outdoor conditions and can contact optional integrations that you choose to configure; integration credentials are stored in Keychain.

GPX Track Navigator: Imported tracks, saved routes, route-following logic and live location are handled on your devices. Klarhet Studio does not receive your routes, workouts or location. Apple Health route data is read only when you choose a workout to import. Apple Maps provides map content when selected, and web access occurs only when you ask the app to discover or download a GPX file.

Winnable Klondike Solitaire: Your games, statistics and preferences stay on your devices. Optional progress sync uses your private iCloud database, and Daily Challenge reminders are scheduled locally. Shared game codes contain only the information required to recreate a deal.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data, serve third-party advertising or use third-party tracking SDKs. Some features use Apple services or integrations you deliberately configure, as described above. Those services handle data under their own privacy terms.

4. Your Rights

You stay in control of your information. Data processed on your device is managed through the app and your device settings, including Apple Health, Location Services, Home and notification permissions where relevant. Data stored in your private iCloud database is controlled through your Apple account. For the limited data LocalBrief keeps on our servers to run scheduled briefings, you can request a copy or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@klarhetstudio.com.
