Terms of Use

1. Provider

These Terms govern your use of Home Air Intelligence, GPX Track Navigator and Winnable Klondike Solitaire (together, the “Apps”). The Apps are provided under the Klarhet Studio brand.

2. What the Apps Provide

• Home Air Intelligence turns available home sensor, weather and configuration data into informational recommendations for everyday comfort.
• GPX Track Navigator presents track-relative progress, elevation and route guidance from the route you choose.
• Winnable Klondike Solitaire provides classic Klondike play, including Always Winnable deals with a verified legal path under the selected rules.

3. Safety and Personal Judgement

Home Air Intelligence is an informational comfort tool. Follow smoke, carbon-monoxide and other safety alarms directly, and seek professional advice for medical or safety concerns. GPX Track Navigator is route-relative guidance, not emergency navigation; check the route and current conditions, obey signs and local rules, and stay aware of your surroundings. Winnable Klondike Solitaire is an entertainment game with no wagering or prizes.

4. Data and Apple Services

The Apps use Apple services and device capabilities where you choose to enable them, including HomeKit, Apple Weather, Apple Maps, Apple Health, Location Services, Apple Watch and private iCloud sync. The Klarhet Studio Privacy Policy explains how information is handled for each App.

5. License

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps in accordance with these Terms and the applicable platform rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Apps lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or extract the Apps
• Use App outputs in a misleading, harmful or unsafe way

7. Availability and Changes

The Apps and their features may be updated, changed or withdrawn as Klarhet Studio improves them. Their operation can depend on device settings, network access, Apple services, sensors, location signals and other conditions outside Klarhet Studio’s control.

8. Warranty and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided as available and without guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Klarhet Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, decisions made using App outputs, or interruptions arising from device, network or third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Apps, their design, content and functionality are owned by Klarhet Studio or its licensors. These Terms grant a right to use the Apps; they do not transfer ownership.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

11. Apple Terms

Use of the Apps must also comply with the applicable Apple App Store terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
