Klarhet Studio

1. Provider

These Terms govern your use of the application Trendwell ("the App"). The App is provided under the brand Klarhet Studio.

This agreement is between you and Klarhet Studio, not with Apple. Klarhet Studio is responsible for the App and its content.

2. What the App Provides

The App presents structured information and interpretation layers based on available data.

  • It does not provide advice or guarantees
  • It does not represent complete or exhaustive coverage
  • It does not function as a monitoring, diagnostic, or advisory system
  • Outputs may change over time

You are responsible for how you use the information.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with platform rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the system
  • Use outputs in a misleading or harmful way

Access may be restricted in case of misuse.

Usage of the Service may be subject to limits, including a maximum number of refreshes or updates per day. These limits may change over time.

5. Subscriptions

  • Payments are handled by Apple
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Billing is governed by Apple's terms

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability.

The Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or delayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klarhet Studio is not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on App outputs
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality are owned by Klarhet Studio or its licensors.

You may use the output for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Changes

The Service may be modified or updated at any time, including changes to features and limits.

These Terms may also be updated. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

11. Third-Party Terms

Use of the App must comply with Apple App Store terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement.
